Crescent Point Energy Trust is an open-ended, conventional oil and gas trust involved with the acquisition and development of strategically selected oil and gas assets in Western Canada.
Crescent Point Energy Trust is 100-percent owned by holders of the trust units. Crescent Point makes its monthly cash distributions to unitholders from its net cash flow. Its primary sources of cash flow are payments from Crescent Point Resources and royalties granted by the Partnership and Limited Partnership to the Trust.
