Crescent Point is currently seeking to fill the following position:

Job Title: Office Services Administrator
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Reports to: Supervisor, Office Services Administration

The following will provide you with basic guidelines as to the duties required of this position.


The Office Services Administrator is responsible for coordinating office services related tasks within a corporate environment and assisting the field offices with their needs as required. The Office Services Administration team is an integral part of the Corporate Services function.

Main Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Provide back-up relief for reception
  • Manage office supply needs, place timely supply orders and maintain all satellite supply stations including inventory levels to keep stations orderly
  • Respond to employee requests regarding office needs and service calls
  • Maintain appropriate supply of company letterhead and replenish as needed
  • Order business cards as requested
  • Assist with copier and printer needs including replacing toner and placing service calls
  • Prepare welcome packages and set up new staff with supplies and workstation needs
  • Assist with office moves as required
  • Back-up for bank deposit preparation
  • Assist with projects in all areas of Office Services as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Post-secondary education in administration, business or equivalent is required
  • Minimum 2 years of office experience is required
  • Experience in an office services environment would be an asset
  • Oil and gas industry experience would be an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work independently
  • Strong multitasking capabilities along with the ability to handle competing demands
  • Team player who enjoys learning and contributing to team goals
