Crescent Point is currently seeking to fill the following position:

Job Title:  Field Administrator
Term: 14 Month Temporary Employment
Location: Carlyle, Saskatchewan
Reports to:  Supervisor, Office Services

The following will provide you with basic guidelines as to the duties required of this position.

Purpose:

The Field Administrator is responsible for performing the day to day administrative duties at Crescent
Point’s field office in Carlyle, Saskatchewan. The candidate should reside in Carlyle area due to the
location of the role.

Main Responsibilities & Activities:

  •  Responsible for reception duties, filing and data entry
  • Open and distribute mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Maintain office equipment and order supplies
  • Code invoices in Ultimus
  • Assist with various duties within the office, as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  •  High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum 2 years of clerical experience is required
  • Knowledge of Production Entry and Asset Management Programs would be an asset
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Motivated self-starter capable of work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is required
  • Team player who enjoys learning and contributing to team goals
