The John Lake property is a large natural gas multi-zone region with 180 bcf of original gas in place. Crescent Point operates the property and has an average 82 percent working interest in it. The Trust’s share of production in the area is currently approximately 1,700 boe/d (10.2 mmcf/d).

The Trust’s technical team has identified numerous drilling and recomplete opportunities locations at John Lake. Additional development activities underway for the property include ongoing improvements to the gathering and compression system and field optimization to reduce decline rates.
